APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 12-165
Description
The student listed in Expulsion Case No. 12-165, is in violation of an accepted Expulsion Settlement Agreement for alternative school placement. On November 15, 2011, the student listed in Expulsion Case No. 12-165, violated School Board Policy 32(1)(e), Battery on School Board Employee. It is the recommendation of the Superintendent that the student be expelled from the Sarasota County Schools until June 15, 2013.
Recommendation
